CANT OPEN

Everytime I open the app it says Text2Speech quit unexpectedly. Click to reopen the application again. This report will be sebt to Apple autonmatically (and the lines of coding). If I try to reopen it same thing. Based on the time Ive tries Apple has about 30 complaints from me.
